700,00 PLN ? application and payment from  May 1 to June 14, 2016
900,00 PLN ? application and payment at the Convention (only if the limit of participants is not exceeded)
120.00 PLN ? participation in the accompanying event
 

Honorary Participants of Polish Society of Otolaryngologists, Head And Neck Surgeons  exempt from the participation fee

200 PLN (entitle to participation only in the convention opening ceremony and the accompanying event)
